MonkeyTech Connect ("Dịch vụ") do CÔNG TY TNHH GIẢI PHÁP CÔNG NGHỆ MONKEYTECH (MST 0319657713, 771 Nguyễn Ảnh Thủ, P. Trung Mỹ Tây, TP. Hồ Chí Minh) vận hành. Dịch vụ giúp chủ Trang Facebook và tài khoản Instagram doanh nghiệp kết nối tin nhắn với trợ lý AI MonkeyAgent.
1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập
- Từ Facebook Login: ID người dùng, tên, ảnh đại diện, email; danh sách Trang bạn quản trị (ID, tên, danh mục) và tài khoản Instagram gắn với Trang (ID, tên người dùng).
- Token truy cập của người dùng và của từng Trang, dùng để gọi Graph API thay bạn. Token được mã hoá AES-256-GCM trước khi lưu.
- Tin nhắn đến qua webhook của Meta (Messenger, Instagram Direct): ID người gửi, nội dung, thời điểm. Dùng để trợ lý AI đọc và trả lời.
- Nhật ký kỹ thuật (thời điểm gọi API, mã lỗi) để vận hành và chứng minh việc dùng quyền khi Meta xét duyệt.
2. Mục đích sử dụng
Chỉ để cung cấp Dịch vụ: hiển thị Trang đã kết nối, nhận tin nhắn mới và gửi trả lời đúng cuộc hội thoại. Chúng tôi không bán, không cho thuê, không dùng dữ liệu để quảng cáo, không chia sẻ cho bên thứ ba ngoài Meta và hạ tầng lưu trữ của chúng tôi.
3. Lưu trữ và bảo mật
Dữ liệu lưu trên máy chủ của MonkeyTech đặt tại Việt Nam, truyền qua HTTPS, token mã hoá, truy cập giới hạn ở nhân sự vận hành. Tin nhắn được giữ tối đa 90 ngày cho mục đích hội thoại, sau đó xoá tự động.
4. Xoá dữ liệu
Bạn có thể xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu bằng một trong các cách: (a) bấm "Gỡ kết nối và xoá dữ liệu" trong bảng điều khiển; (b) gỡ ứng dụng trong Facebook > Cài đặt > Ứng dụng và trang web (chúng tôi nhận callback và xoá ngay); (c) gửi email tới admin@monkeytech.vn. Việc xoá hoàn tất trong 24 giờ và có mã xác nhận tra cứu tại /meta/data-deletion?code=....
5. Quyền của bạn
Theo Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân, bạn có quyền truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xoá, rút lại sự đồng ý. Liên hệ: admin@monkeytech.vn, 0374 692 680.
6. Nền tảng Meta
Dịch vụ tuân thủ Điều khoản nền tảng Meta và Chính sách nhà phát triển. Dữ liệu lấy từ Meta chỉ dùng trong phạm vi quyền bạn đã cấp và có thể bị thu hồi khi bạn gỡ ứng dụng.

MonkeyTech Connect (the "Service") is operated by MonkeyTech Technology Solutions Co., Ltd. (tax ID 0319657713, 771 Nguyen Anh Thu Street, Trung My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam). The Service lets owners of Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts connect their messaging to the MonkeyAgent AI assistant.
1. Data we collect
- From Facebook Login: your user ID, name, profile picture and email; the Pages you manage (ID, name, category) and the Instagram account linked to each Page (ID, username).
- Access tokens for you and for each Page, used to call the Graph API on your behalf. Tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest.
- Inbound messages delivered by Meta webhooks (Messenger, Instagram Direct): sender ID, content, timestamp, so the AI assistant can read and reply.
- Technical logs (API call time, error codes) for operations and to evidence permission usage during Meta App Review.
2. How we use it
Only to provide the Service: show connected Pages, receive new messages and send replies in the right conversation. We do not sell, rent or use the data for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties other than Meta and our hosting infrastructure.
3. Storage and security
Data is stored on MonkeyTech servers located in Vietnam, transmitted over HTTPS, tokens encrypted, access limited to operations staff. Messages are retained for up to 90 days for conversation purposes, then deleted automatically.
4. Data deletion
You can delete all your data by: (a) clicking "Disconnect and delete my data" in the dashboard; (b) removing the app under Facebook > Settings > Apps and Websites (we receive the callback and delete immediately); (c) emailing admin@monkeytech.vn. Deletion completes within 24 hours and returns a confirmation code you can check at /meta/data-deletion?code=....
5. Your rights
You may access, correct, delete your data or withdraw consent at any time. Contact admin@monkeytech.vn or +84 374 692 680.
6. Meta Platform
The Service complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Data obtained from Meta is used only within the permissions you granted and is removed when you uninstall the app.
